position description: we are looking for a digital transformation (dt) senior specialist to join our team. as a dt specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our finance business in achieving corporate strategy through digital transformation. you will work closely with various business units to identify their finance and accounting process and reporting requirements, and collaborate with relevant it functions to produce workable and composable solutions. responsibilities: 1. develop an understanding of industry best practices and guide finance business to achieve corporate strategy with the solution. 2. identify business requirements from various business units for finance/accounting process and reporting, work with relevant it functions to produce workable and composable solutions. 3. track project progress to ensure on-time delivery and flawless operations. 4. coordinate cross-functional teams to identify issues that lead to inaccurate finance result, reporting, and propose solutions accordingly. 5. assist in establishing and/or optimizing finance processes to support various business scenarios. 6. support the review, development, and optimization of fp&a process to align with business nature and needs. requirements: 1. at least 3-5 years of experience in project management practices. 2. strong oral and written communication skills both in english and mandarin. 3. ability to prioritize and multi-task. 4. effective problem-solving skills. 5. pmp certificate preferred. 6. cpa/cma certificate preferred. 7. experience in expense or rebate analysis preferred. 8. experience in documentation of business requirements, analysis, and features preferred. 9. development and implementation of new operating models/reorganization preferred, including operating model design in finance, accounting, treasury, tax; skills, talent, organization design in these areas. 10. thorough understanding of project management, e.g. plans, bms, bp, uat, rt, pps ents.
